What makes a Perfect Ethiopian Dishes?

Doro Wot –(Spicy Ethiopian Chicken Stew)  Key Wot – (Spicy Ethiopian Beef Stew )is the one of  most famous national dish is traditionally made very spicy . it’s fabulous! Traditionally All  Ethiopian dishes are served with an flatbread called ENJERA.  It’s kind of a spongy pancake made with teff flour (a grain indigenous to the area), and the dow is left to ferment for up to 4 days before its used.  The injera is used in place of an eating utensil and is used to scoop up the chicken Beef and other vegetarian dishes .
